Customizing order of shop items

I want items of my client’s choosing to appear at the top of the list on the shop page (Also on brand pages etc.). The only place where I can choose sorting of my choosing is Customize / Woocommerce / Product Catalogue. The sorting that is set is named (custom ordering + name). How can I set this custom ordering?

To change the order of products in the store when Default sorting (custom ordering + name) is selected:
1. In WordPress Admin, go to Products → All Products.
2. At the top of the page, click “Sort”. https://monosnap.com/file/Oy6flyTBJh5D1javXXJKyK2KV0RFq4
3. Now you will see a list of products in drag & drop format.
4. Drag the products in the desired order:
– Products placed at the beginning of the list will appear at the top of the store page.
– The remaining products will be displayed according to the drag order.
