Customizing single product page

Hi!
I changed from Bridge Theme to Woodmart. Un fortunately I have to keep the presentation of the single product page (https://www.hemp-it-groupe.preprod-agencecjcom.fr/Produit/santhica-70/).
My main issue is that my customer wants me to keep the square dotted progress bars. I don’t know how to faithfully reproduce this progress bar.
