Damaged cart page

When installing a theme (Dummy) the cart page is functional but when I change the columns in the Footer content
the cart page is damaged, the icons and information disappear

The issue seems to be with the HTTP HTTPS settings of wordpress.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same under Settings >> General as mentioned in our detailed documentation:https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

I already modified the HTTP HTTPS and the problem continues, when changing something in the theme setting the cart page breaks and the icons disappear even the footer and header, on the main page all the icons disappear, I need to solve this problem since it is a job urgent help

It affects something to have Cloudflare CDN activated
from the ground of the site (?
