Kurz nach Installation (Woomart Marketpace 2) kam die erste Meldung
Das Plugin „wd-font-family“ hat einen Fehler festgestellt und kann nicht gerendert werden.

Diese Meldung kommt töglich ca 5 mal
In diesem Fall hat WordPress einen Fehler in deinem Theme „Woodmart“ abgefangen.

Ich arbeite mit dem Template Woodmart schon echt lange. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen dass es am Elementor liegt, denn der braucht echt lang und steigt ab und zu aus. Oder es liegt am Marketplace 2

Für Hilfe wöre ich sehr dankbar. Und schreibt mir bitte was Ihr braucht um zu helfen

Danke für Ihre Antwort. z.B. Wenn ich die Startseite bearbeiten will kommt fast immer ein 500 er Fehler. Der Elementor braucht auch sehr lange beim starten und er steigt auch öfters aus. Es werden auch manchmal Bilder gelöscht usw.

The 500 errors, slow Elementor loading, and Elementor crashes indicate that the issue may be related to the server/PHP configuration or a plugin conflict rather than the wd-font-family error alone.

Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor and check if the issue persists.

This Internal 500 Server Error is not related to the Theme. It is an Elementor & your Server issue. Please go through these articles to know more about it & how to resolve it:

Danke für die Hilfe. Ich habe nur die 3 Plugins gelassen dann das Template wieder drauf gespielt. Nach ca 10 min kam sofort wieder der Fehler „wd-font-family“ aber ansonsten läuf es so lala. Zumindest kann ich die Startseite wieder bearbeiten, was ja bisher nicht ging.
Kann das vielleicht daran liegen ? Server-Antwortzeit der Startseite

Wie kann ich auf 512mb umstellen? Wahrscheinlich müsste was im Elementor gändert werden, was ich aber leider nicht kann.

Ich arbeite seit 2019 mit diesem Template. Wenn ich gewusst hätte was die umstellung zum Elemtor für Probleme gibt hätte ich das sein lassen. Aber evtl wirds ja noch.

Regarding the wd-font-family error, we would like to check this separately. Since the error still appears even with only the three main plugins active, please provide us with your WP-Admin login details in the Private Content field so we can inspect the issue directly on your website.

Regarding the 512 MB memory limit, this is generally a PHP/WordPress server configuration rather than an Elementor setting. You can check the current values under Elementor > System Info. If the available PHP memory is low, you will need to ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit, ideally to 512 MB.

So, I have checked the Elementor system information and found that the website is currently using a 256 MB PHP memory limit. The Elementor logs also confirm a memory exhaustion error:

Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted

This indicates that the available PHP memory is being exhausted while Elementor is processing the page, which can explain the slow Elementor loading, occasional 500 errors, and editor crashes.

We recommend increasing the PHP memory limit to 512 MB through your hosting provider. After increasing it, please check Elementor > System Info to confirm that the new limit is applied.
