Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We can’t enter your dashboard at the moment. Seems to be some PHP fatal error and site is broken. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to check error logs to understand which error causes this problem.
Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterJust read the message on the screenshot and do what it asks you to do. Then you will be able to import the dummy content.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them if you are running the child one and try again.
Please make sure your host configuration meets the requirements https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/requirements/
Best Regards

tobias Sperle1997ParticipantGood evening, I have already tried everything, but always appear mistakes, such as the white side, if I want to open my dashboard.
I bought her theme based on a friend’s recommendation and only heard good ones. (Guess: I think the Ajax feature is not working properly because I get back to the Dashboard when reloading the page.)
I would be glad, if you take a closer look at the problem and if necessary reinstall the theme, because I have already tried this several times. Upon your consent, I will give you my necessary contact information to resolve the problem.best regards

tobias Sperle1997ParticipantGood day and thank you for your help.
I tested everything and it works, but when I activate Woocomerce, I can not get into the Dashboard anymore. I deleted Woocomerce from the server.regards

Artem TemosKeymasterMaybe WooCommerce plugin has some missed files or your server doesn’t meet the plugin’s requirements. Try to reinstall the plugin and contact your hosting provider for help.
