database tables &/or files to migrate to production

I have created a couple of new templates for a client & they are stored in the Layout part of the theme.
I am using the Staging site & I want to do a selective migration to the production or Live site.
can you please tell me which files &/or database tables store the Layout data?

You can use the Export tool of the WP. Please go to Tools >> Export >> Ecport the layouts only from the staging site and import them in the same way Tools >> Import

Thanks. I wasn’t aware that there were the additional options in the Tools->>export
One more question, I noticed the import only works for new layouts. What happens if you modify an old one? Do you need to delete it on the target site before Import? Or is there a setting somewhere where you an instruct the import tool to override old versions?

It will not override the old version of the layouts, if you will import the layouts from the XML file then it will add in the site not override the existing layouts.
