Default button styling does not apply on Gutenberg builder

Hello,
even in theme options I selected button style (rounded corners) or title sizes – it does not reflect in gutenberg.
Seems like when WoodMart theme is in Gutenberg mode, theme optionas are not related with gutenberg at all… How do I manage styles, padding globally?
Only by adding custom classes for each item? Is that the only way?
