Default comment blog

Hello teams, I have a problem with the blog comment form, I would like to use the theme form, please help me!

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

The Theme settings does not have the options for showing the comments in the blog, you can configure the comments in the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion.

I’m sorry I did not mention the problem correctly ,
however shoulder the problem of the comment form is this , as in the picture I show you !
I want to use the default form comment !
this is not the default form ,
and does not let me change it .

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area).

There is the option to show the reviews as a separate block in the Theme Settings > Single Product > Reviews: https://gyazo.com/c4d66566050fbd9fa6b9fa0f69334d05

thanks for your reply , however let me explain a bit more the problem..
In my site i have blog…
At the end of each blog it has a form for post a comment.
This form it is not the same as in your demo and same letters are black as the backround theme , please check it out.
