I am having a little trouble finding where to edit/remove these default items in the theme:

01. Navigate to layouts > Edit Shop Archive furniture 2 layout with page builder and check the promo banner from the layout.

02. Navigate to layouts > Edit Single Product layout and check this element.

03. You can change the product’s detailed description in the edit product for every product separately.
