Default header

Hello
After making my site in 2 languages i have a problem with my products.
I added another header for the 2nd language.
Now, i have to add in every product the header and if i dont it shows a header other than mine.(yours from the demo)
Is it OK or can i make something to make it default.
I want the 1st header for the greek products and the second header for the english products.
Also another question,
I cant find how to change the header in categories view which is always shows the greek header.
I want to show the second header in the english categories view
