Could you please give me the optimal size of the header, blog featured image, portfolio picture etc. I would like to setup the default image size here: https://wordpress.com/go/tutorials/controlling-wordpress-image-sizes/#how-to-adjust-the-default-image-sizes and add your theme default image dimensions.

I worked theme before what supported to select the accent point of the picture. In this way you don1t have to cut the picture. Similar with these: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/38899

Also, some images are adjusted via Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Images.

As for the accent point of the picture, sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
