default produvt order in categories and shop pages

Hi, I need to order products in categories and shop pages, by default, not in alphabetically order but from newest to oldest.
Where I can manage this option?

An easy solution could be using category pages link with “?orderby=date”
like “…/categoria-prodotto/clean-box/ecopelle/?orderby=date”
But I have a problem with the megamenu built like your demo with html blocks, because if I add to menu a custom link, I cant manage it in order to add block setting…
please see attached images about menu settings and menu in frontend.

You can change the default order of sorting in Appearance > Customize > Product catalog > find Default product sorting drop-down and select the order.
