Default theme to remove the slider from home page

I want to remove the slider on the home page. I am using the default theme. I want to keep the left vertical menu. So Which layout element can be added to substitute the slider. Thank you.

You can edit your home page with WPBakery page builder and remove the revolution slider element and replace it with rows and columns that contain our Promo banners elements (images with links).
