bulplast7273ParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
I’m reaching out because the mega menu that was previously set up on my website has been accidentally deleted. I tried to find a way to restore it but wasn’t successful. I also decided not to make further changes on my own, as I believe it’s best to ask for your assistance directly.
Could you please let me know what my options are for restoring the deleted mega menu? I would appreciate any guidance or instructions you can provide.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I would like to request temporary admin access so I can look at the settings there better.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

bulplast7273ParticipantHello,
Before you access the admin panel, may I ask you to take a look at another issue as well? I’ve attached a screenshot to illustrate the problem.
On single product pages and category pages, the product images are not displaying in a consistent way. It seems the image block adjusts to the actual size of the image, rather than fitting it into a fixed container with equal dimensions, even though I’ve set the correct cropping options in the theme settings.
Is there a way to fix this through the theme or settings, or would I need to manually resize all images to the same dimensions? The issue is that I currently have around 3,000 product images.
I’m even considering rebuilding the site, as I fear I may have broken too many things already.
Thank you so much in advance!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Some Mega menu blocks are available in Dashboard -> Html Blocks – https://take.ms/lE8Te then for the menu item set the “Full width” design and define the Html Block – https://take.ms/YG9pT
2. Your images differ in size considerably. Please check this manual and upload the same size of the product images.

bulplast7273ParticipantHello,
The problem is that when I make changes in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Image, no matter what I change, nothing happens to the appearance of the product images. I assume this means I have to fix and re-upload all the images?
I also have another question – for my variable products, I’ve noticed that the descriptions don’t change. I have different descriptions for each product variation, but they don’t switch on the product page when the variation is changed. What could be the reason for this – does the theme not support this feature, or is there a setting I’m missing?
Thank you!

Luke NielsenKeymaster1. Yep, you need to re-upload images with equal sizes (e.g., 400×400). So then they will look similar.
2. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Kind Regards

bulplast7273ParticipantI tried with Twenty Twenty-One and the variation descriptions still don’t change there either. What does that mean?
July 10, 2025 at 11:38 am #672836
Luke NielsenKeymasterIt means that the issue is not related to our theme because on the default theme the same issue.
I suggest you contact the WooCommerce support team for further solutions.
Kind Regards

bulplast7273ParticipantAlright, but where does this issue shown in the screenshot come from – when switching between variations, even in cases where the descriptions are supposed to change, they don’t actually replace the main description but appear as an additional description below. The same happens with the price – instead of updating the main price and main description, they are shown as extra content.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
That functionality is related to WooCommerce so that is why I asked to check how it works on the default theme.
Please clarify, does it work in the same way on the default theme?
Kind Regards
July 10, 2025 at 2:18 pm #672888
bulplast7273ParticipantYes, even with Twenty Twenty-One the prices and descriptions are displayed this way – in separate boxes.

Luke NielsenKeymasterBut it’s in the same way as in our theme, just with the default styles.

bulplast7273ParticipantHello again!
Perhaps we misunderstood each other, so let me summarize the latest issue I’ve discovered. In the two screenshots, you can see what happens with the prices and descriptions when switching between product variations – instead of updating the main price and description fields at the top, two new fields appear below the variation selector.
In other words, what happens is that my product pages, for products with variations, end up displaying two price fields and two description fields when switching variations, instead of just updating the main ones.
In the second screenshot, I tested a different theme, and the same thing happens there too.
My question is:
Is there a way to fix this so that only the main price and description fields are updated, and no additional fields appear below?
Or is this just the way the theme or system works, and there’s no way to change it?Thank you for your patience and assistance!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
That functionality comes from WooCommerce, if you contact their support and ask them to provide a solution, then it should work with the theme too.
Kind Regards
