Deleted menu

Hello and thank you for your wonderull theme. I have made a mistake. I deleted the menu. This beautifull menu of yours with the huge drop doun and the images and icons inside. How can i find it or reinstall it? I deleted the theme , insert it again but nothing happened. Please i need your help. Thank you.

You can restore your site from a backup if you have, or reinstall all and upload all the demo from the scratch.
