Demo cannot be imported

Hello, I can’t import the demo. It prompts me “Please, deactivate one of the builders and leave only ONE plugin either WPBakery page builder or Elementor.”
How to solve this problem?

You need to leave only 1 page builder to import the content. If you are unable to do it, send me access to the admin panel and clarify which demo you want to import.
