Hello,

I’ve just freshly installed WordPress, Woocommerce and Woodmart 8.0 + “Makeup” template.

Is demo content of prebuilt version of the new “Makeup” template differ from shown on your demo page? https://woodmart.xtemos.com/makeup/

I’ve install it but it’s like on the raw not completed stage. Variable products are not set up, the product options are not shown, there no product variations photos in media.

Product attributes whach are used in product filter shawn on your demo page is absent in dummy content of prbuilt website version.

Is it possible to get the same demo content version as shawn on your demo page?

Yes, our dummy content includes only one variable product for demo purposes. Variable products have complex structure and importing them can be complicated. Sorry, but all variations from the demo can’t be imported. Actually, it doesn’t make any sense for most of the users. You can easily create them for your products in the Dashboard. Let me know if you have any difficulties with this.

Yes, you are right, there is no sense to import ALL variable products, 1 or 2 would be enough. When importing prebuilt website i’m expecting that imported content will be set up to show its functionality. But why even those 3 variable products included in dummy content of “Makeup” template are not set up? I don’t think that it’s too much job to set up 2 or 3 color variation for 3 products to show how it must loooks and works like.

I don’t remember such issues with prebuilt sites of 7.x versions of Woodmart.

In general it’s not a big problem, i’ll try to create own variable products and see how it works.
