manuelagonzalezp22ParticipantHi,
I recently installed the WoodMart theme on my site, but the demo content doesn’t look like the preview at all. There’s no header, no proper spacing or margins, and it seems like the layout and styling didn’t import correctly.
I’ve already:
Reinstalled the theme and core plugin, cleared cache and reset staging, tried importing the demo again manuallyBut the site still doesn’t look like the demo (for example, the “Vegetables” demo). Could you please help me restore the full demo exactly as shown in your preview, including all pages, header, and theme settings like layout/padding etc?
I purchased this cause need urgently a page thats ready, if I have to sit all day and figure out bugs and fixes it defeats the purpose.Website:

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
To assist you better, we kindly request that you disable all plugins not directly associated with our theme. Additionally, please provide us with your admin access credentials, so we can log in and diagnose the issue. For the proper functioning of our theme, please ensure the following essential plugins remain activated:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor page builder
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.Best regards

manuelagonzalezp22ParticipantHi,
Thank you for your quick response. I’ve now deactivated all third-party plugins, keeping only the required ones (WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor) active.Additionally, I wanted to ask:
Is it possible to mix elements or layouts from different WoodMart demo templates?
Do you have documentation or best practices for bulk-uploading WooCommerce products? We’ve been doing it manually (one by one), and I’d love to optimize that process.Thank you again for your help!
Best regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
As I can see, the website styles look correct for now. Except for the header. But it looks like you enabled the boxed header and header overlap purposely to make it look like this. Could you please clarify that?
You can use our templates libarary to mix different sections https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/templates-library/
As for the WooCommerce documentation, check it here https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/
Kind Regards

manuelagonzalezp22ParticipantHi,
I tried to mess with it to make the original header show but i couldn’t. When I deleted all third party plugins it got better except the header. Can you help me reset that? Also, when I reinstall the plugins, will the website possibly break again?
Thank you for the support and the links.
Kind Regards.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We have disabled the header overlap option on your website. Please test how it works now.
Try to enable your plugins one by one to see which one causes any problems.
Kind Regards
