WorkerSmithParticipantHello,
Thanks for the swift response on Theme Forest. As mentioned there, the demo content is not working. We uninstalled the theme after previous problems with sidebar not appearing correctly, then after this new install, we see a new problem – the demo content is not importing at all, also theme layouts/style not importing. Please see below for info to check this out and sort this for us. it is urgent, if you could do this for us in the next hour we’d be most grateful, we’re so behind on schedule and have a very tight deadline to meet. Thank you

WorkerSmithParticipantHi, Thanks for the reply. If it was easy for you, it’s possible that we have a browser issue, we’re using Chrome. It did not work for us at all, we tried almost 10 times and uninstalled and reinstalled. We need your help with one more thing you forgot from our first query above:
1. Can you help us install sample products too like your demo? So that we can have all colour filters etc and all item son sidebar showing as your own demo. We need this to enable us know how to add products on our end.
2. Please make the sidebar show, we’re not show how to set it. We’d like the shop sidebar to be on the left side.
Details to access the admin area is the same (see below as well). Another fast response would be most appreciated. Thank you

Artem TemosKeymaster1. This product is already imported. Check “Variable product example”. Here is also a video tutorial that will help you create variable products and filters https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gp3SMkKvUvs
2. You can turn on the sidebar on the shop page in Theme Settings -> Shop. Add your widgets in Appearance -> Widgets.

WorkerSmithParticipantHi,
We have a new query and will really appreciate your help as we’re stuck. We need to add the following filters/categories to our sidebar: “BRANDS”, “STORES” and “SALES”, so that our affiliate partners can be fetched into the site and automatically, they would be assigned by the brands they sell, their store name and products on sale at their store. Our visitors would then be able to filter products by our affiliate partners’ brand, the affiliate’s store name and sales on offer. Please can you help us achieve this? We thought your theme had it but unsure whether it does now or how to use it. A fast response would be very appreciated. We are using the plugins by “Datafeedr” to automatically fetch products from affiliate platforms to our site. Thanks guys!

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
You can use our Basel Layered nav for any kind of filters including Brands or Stores. Just create attributes and attach them to products to make them filterable.

WorkerSmithParticipantWe sorted it out! We figured out that the Basel filter already has this feature and simply set it in the widgets area to appear on frontend. Please ignore our last query above. Thanks guys
