Demo DECOR-problem

I changed something in the settings and can’t revert it to the original state. Look at the arrows on Photo. In your demo, there are smaller gaps which makes the slider higher.
How can I do this on my site?

I managed to reduce the space above the icons, but I cannot reduce the space below the icons. Help me . I am attaching a screenshot.
The problem is that the icons and the slider are in one block, so when I raise the icons, the slider also raises. I can’t separate it. This is too difficult for me.

I use Wp Bakery, it’s quite slow and sometimes after saving the changes the whole system crashes or some things disappear and need to be refreshed. Everything is running slowly. WP Bakery is not good.
