You need to disable all the plugins excepting these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

Then try again. Make sure you use one builder on the site. If you still cannot upload the demo, provide the site credentials. You can put the credentials into the Private content.

I make initial import there are no additional plugins.

i install retail layout. but its not properly import for header section. seems alignment issue with there are css issue also. please check.

and first time demo is imported for 2 hours time . why this take this much of time. normally it will take about 10 mins time. i used 4 license before.

please let me know or i will give fresh wordpress with credentials.
