Demo Import Error

Dear sir/madam,

we have just wanted to install Furniture 2 Demo on https://beta.helpingindia.com/ but its giving me error. AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

I tried several times, but same error. some time its install but page not loading ajax and css properly.
i have checked all minimum requirements it is ok. but not installed.

So i am share our admin details please go through fix this problem. and also mention what is the exact problem. for my future installation.

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function https://gyazo.com/93cca94bd5f50af17e394a4b334586e7
