Demo import failed

I follow all theme requirements but not able to import demo so please provide demo file

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check and import the demo on your site and tell me which demo you want to import.

Also, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
