Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
It seems that the Elementor plugin was disabled when you imported the dummy content. To resolve this, ensure that the plugin is active. Then, navigate to WoodMart -> Prebuilt websites and click on the button to remove the previously imported data. Once this is done, you should be able to import any website without issues. Please test this solution and let us know how it works for you.

I do not want to install the entire demo again. Because then I could have other problems with the demo. I remove and installed before and than just had diffrent problems.
How can I import just the products?
Unfortunately, there is no option to import products only. Note that removing old dummy content is safe and it removes only theme-related content. It will not touch any of your previously created content.
Please give me a CSV file or XML file that contains the products for the retail 1 demo

I need your support help. My Website is not working.
Elementor free version is active and Elementor pro is also active. It was never deactivated. I need the Demo products as a structure to build my product page. I can not continue working without the demo products.
Unfortunately, there is no CSV with products only. Moreover, it will not fix the broken home page. The only way to fix this is to re-import the dummy content with Elementor. You don’t need to install WPBakery page builder for this.
Demo Import canceled. Only one page and 45 images have been imported. But message is Import successful. What is the problem. What can I do. Now it is worst than before.

disable all plugins not directly associated with our theme. Did not help. No you can not have access. I need to be able to fix the problem if it occures again. I want to understand the problem. What step to take next to fix the proglem that the retail 1 demo does not install. It does only install up to 20 percent and only installes 1 page and 45 pictures.
We can’t say exactly what is wrong with your website and why the import didn’t work without access to your website. Usually, reimporting the dummy content helps in such situations.
