AlexanderDevParticipantJust purchased your theme a day ago! and I need your help! I filled out a contact form on your tech support site. Please assist me as quick as possible. Thank You.
I need your help here because XML file seems to be missing and DEMO is not fully installed. On the Dummy Data Import it gives XML JSON file error and doesn’t fully import DEMO theme. It did import Demo but no pictures imported and website in the Demo doesn’t look like the one you guys showing on the Demo of the Live View. I want to Install demo to look exactly the same as you guys showing it on the Live View of your Demo of this theme on the ThemeForest website.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello @AlexandrDev,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
As was noted on our ThemeForest description page “all images from products, banners and sliders are not included in the theme package or demo content”. Our dummy content includes only a few products, posts and home page (you can choose any home page or import any additional page in Dummy content section also). We made it this way to not populate your website with a lot of unnecessary data so you don’t need to remove hundreds of pages and images. If you see that some page is missed just write us and we will help you import it.
Kind Regards

AlexanderDevParticipantHow do I import pages one by one? It’s just that I want to see different ways of how items listed in the store can look like. There are many pages for the shop and I want to have some of them. Can you please send directions on how to import pages on by one in demo? On the same theme version that is displayed on ThemeForest of Live View. Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterIf you want to see some of our Shop pages examples on your web-site you can configure them in Theme Settings -> Shop and Theme Settings -> Shop page layout. The fact is that they are not different pages but just examples of how you can set up your shop page and that means that you can’t import them all at the same time but can have one of them. If you have any difficulties configuring it just write us what version you would like to use and we will prepare an instruction for you.
