Demo not as per given on themeforest

    I have download demo content on my website but it is not exactly same as demo given on themeforest. I want all home pages, all versions of home pages in my demo content so that I can use as per my requirements. I don’t want to limit to only one style of home page.

    When I HOVER over to home page…all home versions should be access from my website as per your demo on themeforest. But as of now it is coming balnk.

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area. I will check the required plugins and theme installation.

    Please note: installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that take to much time to complete.
    Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and they are replaced by blank images, as soon as you upload your images to products and posts site would look like the demo.

    I have checked your site and the site is the exact copy of the demo, excepting images.

    Please navigate to Dashboard > Pages and you will find all the homepages provided in the demo.

    I am doing changes in Theme Dashboard – Theme Settings.
    I made a lot of changes from theme dashboard – theme settings. But there is no effect of those changes on my website. How it is possible??? I saved many times after doing changes but changes are not applied either on laptop version or on mobile version.

    Many issues are there in your theme. Theme settings are not working properly. I hope you will solved my queries immediately. Please check my website for the same. I need two mobile menus side by side as per your demo, one is for “Menu” and other is for “Categories”.

    Even I changed setting for sticky footer menu on mobile bottom navbar. I want mobile bottom sidebar and according to that I have done changes and saved it. But still in mobile version, I can’t see any changes implemented. It is looking the same as before. No effect of my modification.

    I am sending you screenshot along with this message. I have done changes in Mobile Bottom Navbar sticky menu but it is not showing on my mobile. why changes not implemented though I have saved many times ??? Please response immediately.

    you don’t understand my problem. in your demo version there are two menus side by side in mobile version….one is main menu and other is product category menu.

    I am unable to do settings to implement on my website. Please let me know how to do.

    And one more thing, whenever I do any changes in your theme settings it took hours to show in actual. How I can work like that ?????

    If I am doing any changes in wordpress dashboard in your theme settings,,,it should immedialtely show changes in actual website.

    Don’t confuse this time. Solve my problem immediately. There is no proper way to use your theme and do changes… I am facing problem for last three days. I have to write down in themeforest and give ratings accordingly.

    I want immediate response ..my client needs urgent website. I am unable to select proper header, menu, pages, etc Solve my above problem now.

    As for the saving, the settings deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme check the issue, if the problem remains, please advise what settings you are trying to save and it does not work.

    Thank you for your response. Actually yesterday only I made few changes and reset all settings so as of now my problem is solved. Now everything is going perfectly.
