Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If the issue remains, you need to increase some values.

Can you please share the wp logins details of your site in the private area so i will closer look on your site and give you a possible solution. Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

3- you can deactivate the plugins and switch to a default theme but put the site in maintenance

Your issue has been solved. I have imported the layout on your site.
From August 2023 Elementor made “containers” enabled by default and since then in theme version 7.4 released in January 2024 we updated all of our import content (including layouts) replacing all rows\columns with containers. From now on, to use our layouts, clients need to enable the container feature in Elementor (https://prnt.sc/TSAp9psJeGwK) it was disabled before.
