demo pages

Hello,
most of the demo pages in my shop display like in the attached screenshots (and some are emty). Is that supposed to be so, if not, how can I repair that?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

Hello, I deactivated all exept woodmart core, woocommerce and elementor. The issue still exists, please have a look again.

Try to Increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

If the issue remains, let me know i will further check on your site and import the demo on your site.

Does this mean I have to delete all my work and start the whole website again? Is there no way to import only the single pages?

If you want to work with the demo pages. You need to import the demo again manually. Also You can import the basic versions from Woodmart >> Additional Pages.

Now i did all the following on my backup site (same issue, same provider…):

deactivate plugins
increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000
remove and reinstall the demo content

the issue remains unchanged, please see screenshot.

Please look into it again, login data is in private section.

The “Additional Pages” are different pages, right?

No, we meant that you have some pages imported or created by your previous theme. Their shortcodes will not work with WoodMart. We recommend you either delete them or try import our prebuilt website on a fresh installation.

Hello, thank you. I have seen the documentation with a high-speed slideshow (too fast for my eyes) but still do not know to download the templates and integrate them in my site. Is there such a way at all, or are the templates just for inspiration?

Where can I access the elementor library? (screenshot) I only find this one for bakery: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/wpbakery-elements-library/ (which provides no download )

Hello, thank you. Would you please read all and answer my questions?
That screenshot is for wpbakery. I was asking for Elementor. I am using Elementor. In your documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/templates-library/ it says: “All our demo versions are available for Elementor, this library is available for Elementor as well.”
How can I access that library for Elementor?
All the Prebuilt websites and Additional pages have Elementor pages, right?
If there is no way to access /use Elementor templates, is it a good idea to mix Elementor and Bakery pages on one site?
If not, must I delete Elementor before activating Bakery? What happens to my Elementor pages then?
Can I edit Elementor-made pages with wpbakery and vice versa?
Why do we need to mix up two page builders at all?
Might be good to have some explanation for all this in your documentation.

You don’t need to mix WPbakery and Elementor content. You need to install and use either Elementor or WPBakery page builder.

I have been looking for the 350 + templates before asking . They are not there when editing a page with Elementor. All I can access are around 50 “elements”. No woodmart templates library, no sample pages. Only some Elementor pro stuff. Please check yourself.

Thank you! Without you showing me by video, I would probably never have understood that I must click on the little cross where it says “drag widget here”. I had been searching on the left side under “Xtemos Elements”.
