DEMO RETAIL FOOTER – import

I imported the demo retail footer for the column with the email signup box, but it does not appear like the demo.

Please provide me the demo as a code (including the code of the CF7 email form)

The retail footer does not have any CF7 form. The subscription form id MailChimp for WP http://prntscr.com/nw8bo3
