I’m trying to import Woodmart Main.
but i get this error:
The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function

you can check the status, the time limit now is 1000
but still the same error

The status page shows the PHP time limit. But you have also a server time limit. And you need to increase it too. Ask your server administrator for help on this matter.
