Is the “demos” sidebar button that opens a modal available in the theme or is this something custom development only for the demo presentation? For further details, it’s the element highlighted in this picture (right side).
This Demo button or special customization to show all the demos available. Our theme does not have the option. You can use the Popup element in any place of the page to get almost the same effect.
