support-6541ParticipantWe have moved our website from one domain to another. How can we deregister the theme from first one and register it to new one.
Also the icons are not showing properly and the alignment is also not correct after moving to new hosting.January 8, 2024 at 11:21 am #527760
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You can easily deactivate the theme license from the old domain and then activate it again on the new domain. Please go to the old domain and then go to Theme dashboard -> Activation -> Click the Deactivate theme button:
Feel free to contact us if you need any more information or have any questions.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It seems that this question is more WordPress related and not our support scope. You need to reinstall everything again. You can read these useful articles before migration here.

https://www.wpexplorer.com/migrating-wordpress-website/As for our theme there is no special instruction for transfer. Just keep all files and it will work correctly.
Kind Regards
