design issue with theme/elementor

Hi There,

we have made a card with a fixed 1 product in it and used the product carousel. This was done in elementor and pic1 shows the desktop in elementor and pic 2 the mobile in elementor.

Now on the site itself the desktop part works and is show correctly however the mobile phone it is not. The blue border is disappeared from it. Not sure what here the issue as its the first time we see this kind of issue.

So it does what it supposed to do on desktop but on mobile its not willing to play ball. Any idea why this is its similar to your highlight template here is just 1 product in it.

Could you please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

thank but we gave up on that idea as we tried a lot of hours this weekend and were not able to make it work as it should so we scrapped this part. We did the debugging part but no success we thought this was maybe a caching issue but we cleared the entire cache of the site and the server however we were not able to get it working.

We suspected a CSS conflict somewhere but thats not easy to debug and we do not know even where to start with that one.

However we revereted using your ready made template. However here is a question in this template the border color is red we want to change this to the blue shade as the site is using.

Can you tell me how to target or change this red border as we can not find it in the settings. Pic attached.

The below code will help you to change the border color there, please define the code in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.

    border: 2px solid #7536e4;
}
