Desperately need help with homepage

Hi guys,
we need your help with the homepage please and will appreciate if you can assist. We’re trying to add a layout like this screen shot https://postimg.org/image/jjp9belfn/ to the homepage, horizontally and vertically on the homepage. It’s basically image with white overlapping background that holds the texts. We’ll then link it to a specified page etc. We will appreciate your help or any codes to achieve this in visual composer. Thanks again!

Try to combine two elements: Single Image and Text block. And for the block under images give a white background and margin-top -50px for example.
