    Hello. I purchased a single Woodmart license for this domain – https://baleabeauty.bg/ and activated.

    Then for some no idea what reason my client decided to change the domain from https://baleabeauty.bg/ to https://belairbeauty.bg/

    So when i go to Woodmart – Theme license it’s says Activated on development website (in belairbeauty.bg). I have a backup so i just add it to the new domain (belairbeauty.bg).

    In this case https://baleabeauty.bg/ will not be active anymore. How can i deactivate license from https://baleabeauty.bg/ and activate on https://belairbeauty.bg/ ?

    Yes, i saw that it’s active on https://baleabeauty.bg/ in my Dashboard and can deactivate it from there but, what’s next then ?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate the license on the old domain first, then activate it on the new domain with the same purchase code.

    – Old domain: Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License -> Deactivate
    – New domain: Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License -> enter your purchase code -> Activate

    You can also manage/removing old activations in your XTemos account if needed: xtemos.com/my-account

    I do not have access to the old domain.

    I did deactivated the current license from my XTemos account and when i go to New domain: Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License it’s looks like this atm (screenshot attached).

    So in this case that first screenshot was from new domain.

    Deactivated from second domain and activated again and that did the job.
