Diacritics looks wrong on website

Hello!
I’m using the Poppins font which theme comes with.
Our language contains letter with diacritics, I don’t know how to solve this problem.
I tried with many fonts, setted in ///admin.php?page=xtemos_options&tab=typography_section (Themes Options -> Typography) but no luck. After Poppins I tried also with IBM Plex Sans Condensed, same story… I checked and IBM Plex Sans Condensed accept diacritics but it seems for me website not.
Do I have to select something as Subset?
Please note that if you want to check, you have to check in a incognito window, as I have a cache plugin installed on my website.

I checked on google and it seems that Subset LATIN EXTENDED should solve my problem, but seems to not.
Now I see that if you are logged in, you have no issues, but if you don’t and you visit as a guest, you have issues with Diacritics.. Any suggestion?

The problem may be caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.
I need admin rights to take closer to the site.
