Different Brand Classification Using Same Brand Help

Hi ,
There are a hundred brands in the perfume (Parfüm) category.but I want to classify these brands as women and men.
want to create the category of both men and women of the shape seen in the attached file(attachment one) but with the same brands.
but as seen in the appendix two, there is a brand feature.
I want to do in the appendix three.
sorry for my bad english.
I would appreciate it if you tell me step by step how I can do it in detail.

We cannot recommend you how to arrange your content on the site. The only remark is that you can configure a category to be a parent and or a child. It means that you can set “men” and “women” as the parents and divide all your brands into two groups making them as children.
