Difficoltà a far funzionare monitoraggio delle conversioni Google

Buongiorno, vorremmo avere informazioni sulla compatibilità tra il nostro Tema e l’applicabilità del monitoraggio delle conversioni Google ed avere chiarimenti su come risolvere il collegamento.
Abbiamo ricevuto assistenza dal tecnico Google, il quale ha effettuato tutti i collegamenti e i passaggi necessari, ma nel momento in cui viene effettuato un ordine sul sito la conversione non viene registrata ed in tutte le schermate del sito risulta sempre il Tag in errore.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

If you see the same on the Storefront, the theme does not influence that.
