Dim Header Background Image?

Is it possible to dim this background image with CSS or woodmart controls? I highlighted the text here to show you the text is indeed there, it’s just so hard to see and I want to keep it white.
I’ve considering dimming the category image, however this will dim thumbnails on my homepage, so im hoping there’s some CSS I can input somewhere to dim this banner BG image.

You need to set the image on the background on this page, and make the rows of the Header builder transparent.
You can set the background in the Theme Settings > Styles and Colors.
