Disable cart in 2 places

1. Need to disable cart in the product quick hover, the section where you can put image or video

2. Disable cart in sticky menu, unable to access sticky menu

2. Please add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

div.whb-scroll-up .wd-header-cart{
	display: none;
}
