Disable Header

I can close the footer on a page, but I cannot close the header. I want to create a completely blank page and add a form to it. Additionally, I would like to embed this form in some external sources. Is it possible to close the header?

You need to select the template which would remove the header and footer from the page if you use Elementor, please try to set Elementor Canvas.
