Disable online payment

Good evening
Please I want to know is it possible to disable the online payment function on your theme,
I use the default theme and I want the user to consecrate the products without adding them to the cart, the purchase is done off site

You can set the store in the Catalogue mode. In this case, all the products are presented but there is no option to place an order.

Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Catalog mode > ON

Please note if you would like to present variable products, catalog mode would disable variations.
