how I should disable pop up when new user visit website.

another problem, I upload my website to my VPS. change wp-config.php to my VPS mysql database. and export my database and import to my VPS.
but when I click on licks it want to go to localhost . even when I want to login

You can disable our popup in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popup.

Seems that you have not transferred your website correctly and still have all references to your localhost in the database. It doesn’t depend on our theme.
