Disable popup in theme settings not working

Hi i cant disable popup. I disable it in theme settings, but still showing on front page..

Talked to our web host support and the only cache to clear is the one you clear from our WordPress installation (Lites peed cache) I have cleared that and the problem i still there.

I have checked that preset again and you didn’t disable it therefore I have disabled it and cleared the cache, as a result, I do not see that issue so please recheck it from your side.

Another issue we would like you to help us with is that the site is fine on computer and ipads but we cant get it right on phones. One section is showed on top of another. See attached files. Any suggestions what to do to solve this?
