Disable product filters in homepage on select of one

Hello and thank you for your support.
I would like to let the user select only one filter in the homepage (because some combinations may not exists and that would be frustrating for the user).
Is it possible with some settings to achieve that? Otherwise is it possible with JS or CSS?
So if a user selects a value in Location filter then the other 2 will be disabled (and same with the others). The user must be able to select only one.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
And this is not possible with simple Custom CSS. It will also require customizations and that is beyond our limitations and support policy.
