Disable/remove button on carousels without css

Hi,
i have a question regarding something that i wanted to do,

Basicly i wanted to do something like this : https://prnt.sc/O45bYMo4cYIz (which is made with a brand block)
that colapse with on phone version, like this : https://prnt.sc/wXzOLjzfTyqA

However, i tried to reproduce it normally but my issues are :
– if i make it using a carousel from the theme, i can’t disable the button without css code, which i don’t wanna use
– If i make it normally with 4 separated blocks it doesn’t look good and i don’t get the carousel effect : https://prnt.sc/n2jB40sw0XU_

How can i reproduce it or there a way to somewhat add a carrousel effect to a block ?
