Disable row on mobile but background not disable

Hello,

I create a row for desktop and an other row for mobile. It’s the same row, but the content is center on mobile and not on desktop. Two rows have navy blue background color.

I disable a row on mobile but the background is visible on mobile. And only the backgound.

Same thing for desktop, I disable row on desktop, but only the navy blue background color is visible.

Can you help me to solve this problem please ?

This issue isn’t related to our theme, because it’s a functionality of the WPB builder and our theme doesn’t influence it.

So i have 2 page, one for desktop, and one for mobile, it’s perfect.
