Disable shopping card and title of categories

I need to deactivate the cart in the sticky header and I can’t find it.
I also need to disable the categories that appear below the title within the store.
Can you help me?

Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) To remove the cart from the header you need to Go to Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header and remove the cart.

2) To remove the categories from the shop title please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page Title.
