Disable the quantity input, +/- and update cart function in cart

Thank you in advance for your time.
I have tried many ways and still can’t figure out how to disable the quantity input field and the +/- signs and disable update cart function. Basically, I just want to have a fixed quantity number which cannot be changed by the customers unless they click the “x” on the left to delete the line or clear the whole cart. The reason is because my shop can only sell preset quantities of items.

The default Woocommerce does not provide such an option and our theme does not either. You will have to search for a plugin.
