[email protected]ParticipantI have a challenge I would like to log but I’m unable to find the button to open a new ticket so I’m dropping it here.
I trying to hide the sidebar button on mobile, but it still shows.
I tried from themes_setting->shop->sidebars & page titledisabling the Off canvas sidebar for mobile toggle, the hide/display button still shows on mobile.
Please help.

[email protected]ParticipantI can’t find the button to open a new ticket.
Please find the below challenge I’m facing while editing the home base page.On the home base WPBakery Page Builder, I can open and edit the Product Tab setting in Ajax Product Tab but when I save, my changes do not take effect.
My WOODMART theme and all plugins are updated yet this won’t work. Please find my login details on the private block.
Please help.

[email protected]ParticipantThanks for your response.
I have done that but it’s not working. When you edit on WPbakery page builder frontend, there a save button you click before clicking the update button which finally saves the changes. In my case, the first save is not even work.
Could you please login to my site and open the home base page using WPbakery page builder frontend editor and try editing the Product Tab setting in Ajax Product Tab.
You see what I’m saying.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme, check the issue, and activate plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.

[email protected]ParticipantI forgot to update this ticket.
Actually, I was able to delete the one that came with the team and add a new one. The new one was able to be edited. So, the one you edited is the new one.
Thanks. I’m fine on this.
I still can’t find the link to open a tickets.
